Shipping
Nightjar Shipping Policy
A typical build will take between 7 and 11 weeks from the deposit. Our team will then deliver and install your sauna. If your sauna is electric, a local electrician will finish the installation.
We offer $600 curbside delivery on sauna delivery within 5 hours of Grand Rapids, MI. For delivery outside of that radius, shipping and installation fees will be discussed with you during our consult call.
Returns
Return Eligibility:
For Cold Plunge and Sauna Returns: Our refund policy covers both cold plunges and saunas.
Return Period: You have 30 days days from the date of delivery to start the return process.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling and transporting and moving. Returns for cold plunges must be returned in the original packaging or an approved crate. Sauna returns must be done through an approved third party shipping company that is experienced in moving small buildings.
Return Process:
- Contact us to start a return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return process.
- Securely Package the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging or in a suitable alternative to ensure it arrives undamaged.
- Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Be sure to include the RA number on the package for easy identification.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be processed.
- Refund Notification: You will be emailed once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, testing, and recertifying returned items.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as items that are damaged due to misuse or items that have been modified. In addition we do not offer refunds for items that have been customized.
