Shipping

A typical build will take between 7 and 11 weeks from the date of deposit. Our team will then deliver and install your sauna. If your sauna is electric, a local electrician will finish the installation.

We offer $600 curbside sauna delivery within 5 hours of Grand Rapids, MI. For delivery outside of that radius—we'll discuss delivery and installation fees with you.

Return

Return Eligibility:

Our return policy covers both saunas and cold plunges within 30 days from the date of delivery. We strive to make sure every Nightjar Sauna and cold plunge customer is a customer for life.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, handling, transporting and moving. Returns for cold plunges must be returned in the original packaging or an approved crate. Sauna returns must be done through an approved third party shipping company experienced in moving small buildings.

Return Process:

Contact Us to Start a Return—Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return process.

Securely Package the Item—Pack the item in its original packaging or in a Nightjar Sauna approved alternative, to ensure its undamaged arrival.

Ship the Return to Nightjar Sauna—Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Restocking Fee:

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, testing, and recertifying returned items.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as items that are damaged due to misuse or items that have been modified. In addition we do not offer refunds for items that have been customized.
