Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

5. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
- NIGHTJAR SAUNA has the discretion to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.
6. Warnings and Operation
- Do not operate the chiller if the outside temperature is below 32°F (0°C) as damage could occur. If temperatures tend to be below freezing for long enough to freeze circulating water, we recommend storing the unit indoors or draining it and turning it off completely during those periods. Close the lid when not in use.
- Water change: Completely drain the tub of water. Clean and sanitize the tub. Then refill the tub. The water in the cold plunge should be changed approximately every month, depending on usage. In commercial settings, the tub should be drained, cleaned, and refilled every 2 weeks.
- Filter cleaning: Clean the micron filter every 2 weeks for residential use and daily for commercial use. To extend the life of your filter, we recommend showering entering the plunge. Close the lid after every use.
- Filter change: Replace micron filter every month for normal residential use and every week for commercial use. "Micron filters" can be easily purchased from Amazon. If you are using the unit in conjunction with a sauna or after exercise, the filter will clog up faster, as heat opens up the pores to expose the bath to oils and sweat. If you’re noticing a significant reduction in flow rate, that is an indicator of the filter needing to be replaced

KEEP UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN FAR AWAY FROM ACCIDENTALLY FALLING INTO THE TANK AND ENSURE THEY ARE CLOSELY SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. STATE OR LOCAL LAWS IN YOUR ARE MAY REQUIRE FENCES OR BARRIERS AROUND THE TANK.
