A sauna is a real building, and buying one shouldn't feel like a shot in the dark. Here's exactly how it works, start to finish — what we handle, what we need from you, and when. No surprises, no fine print you find out about later.
The process
Eight steps. That's the whole thing.
Clear from the first call to the day it's placed in your yard.
We talk
It starts with a call or an email. We walk through your space, your goals, and what fits your life — an outdoor sauna, a cold plunge, or both. Every build we do is outdoor, made to live in the elements.
You make your selection
You choose your model, finishes, and options. We build at the intersection of wellness, community, and beautiful design — so we take this part seriously.
We send your estimate
A clear, itemized estimate — product, options, and delivery in one place. Delivery is priced by drive time from our Grand Rapids shop, and we confirm your exact number here.
You approve
Look it over, ask anything, approve when you're ready.
50% deposit locks you in
Your deposit reserves your build date and your spot in the queue. It stays refundable right up until you sign off on your final build sheet and we begin ordering materials.
We build — about 3 months
Most builds run around three months from order to delivery. We're building nearly two saunas a week in our 16,000 sq ft shop, and yours gets the same care as every one before it.
Final payment when it's ready
When your sauna is complete and ready to ship, the remaining 50% is due. No hidden costs waiting at the end.
We schedule and deliver
Paid in full, we lock your delivery date. It ships wrapped, shrink-wrapped, and insured the entire way — we take care of it like it's ours until it's yours.
