• Hot room — $2,000 per foot (more length means more bench, and bench is where the work is)

Electrical: 240V, 50A regular (non-GFCI) breaker minimum · 6/3 with ground wire, minimum. Sauna heaters trip GFCI breakers by design — this is why saunas and cold plunges need different circuits. Have the circuit run to the sauna location before delivery day; your licensed electrician makes the final connection to the stove after we set it. Wood-fired builds skip this entirely.

Site: Flat, level, load-bearing pad sized to the full 8' × 8' footprint and rated for 3,200 lbs. Concrete, compacted gravel, pavers, or engineered decking all work. The path in has to accommodate the whole building — we walk your site and confirm gates, slope, and clearance months before we build.

Full Delivery & Installation guide

Hand-built to order — 10 to 12 weeks from deposit for most builds. Our crew delivers and sets the sauna, levels it, confirms the door swings true, and walks you through the stove and controller. Plan on about half a day on site.

$600 curbside delivery within five hours of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Outside that radius, delivery and installation are quoted individually — we ship nationally and we'll give you a real number on your consult call.

Manufacturer warranties on IKI stoves and HUUM Wi-Fi controllers transfer to you. Support comes from the shop that built it — a builder answers, not a call center.

The MACKINAC is a Manistee with a 4' changing room built on — 14' overall. Full glass window wall across the hot room and changing room, a 110V outlet in the changing room, lighting under the changing bench, and low-voltage LED throughout. $35,000. Ask about it on your consult call.
