• Hot room — $2,000 per foot (more length means more bench, and bench is where the work is)
• Porch — $1,000 per foot

Electrical: 240V, 30A regular (non-GFCI) breaker minimum · 10/3 with ground wire, minimum. That's a lighter circuit than our larger saunas — often the cheapest electrical install of the three. Sauna heaters trip GFCI breakers by design, which is why saunas and cold plunges need different circuits. Have the circuit run before delivery day; your licensed electrician makes the final connection after we set the sauna.

Site: Flat, level, load-bearing pad sized to the full 7' × 6'3" footprint and rated for 2,800 lbs. Concrete, compacted gravel, pavers, or engineered decking all work. We walk your site and confirm the path in months before we build.

Full Delivery & Installation guide

Hand-built to order — 10 to 12 weeks from deposit for most builds. Our crew delivers and sets the sauna, levels it, confirms the door swings true, and walks you through the stove and controller. Plan on about half a day on site.

$600 curbside delivery within five hours of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Outside that radius, delivery and installation are quoted individually — we ship nationally and we'll give you a real number on your consult call.

Manufacturer warranties on IKI stoves and HUUM Wi-Fi controllers transfer to you. Support comes from the shop that built it — a builder answers, not a call center.
