The full glass window wall comes standard on both the hot room and the changing room.

Want a longer porch? We extend the covered porch by the foot — $1,000 per foot. The hot room stays fixed: it's sized precisely to the 9kW stove, and stretching it further would outrun the heat the stove can make.

Electrical: 240V, 50A regular (non-GFCI) breaker minimum · 6/3 with ground wire, minimum, for the stove. The changing room's 110V outlet and low-voltage lighting run on a separate circuit — talk to your electrician about both on the same visit. Sauna heaters trip GFCI breakers by design, which is why saunas and cold plunges need different circuits.

Site: Flat, level pad sized to the full 14' × 8' footprint and rated for 6,400 lbs. At this weight we recommend a poured concrete pad or engineered footings — standard residential decking is not rated for it, and compacted gravel needs to be done properly. This is the longest and heaviest building we make; the path in deserves a hard look before anything gets built. We walk your site months ahead.

Full Delivery & Installation guide

Hand-built to order — 10 to 12 weeks from deposit for most builds. Our crew delivers and sets the sauna, levels it, confirms the door swings true, and walks you through the stove and controller.

$600 curbside delivery within five hours of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Outside that radius, delivery and installation are quoted individually. At fourteen feet and 6,400 lbs, we'll confirm your access route in detail before we build.

Manufacturer warranties on IKI stoves and HUUM Wi-Fi controllers transfer to you. Support comes from the shop that built it — a builder answers, not a call center.
