The yearly pilgrimage to the Sauna Capital of the world is in 2 days.
It's important to stay inspired and remember those events that started it all.
It's easy to lose focus of why things are important.
Why is it easier to look down than it is to look up?
I love sauna. Thats why I started building saunas. I enjoy the smells, the sounds the feelings. All of it.
The first real sauna experience was in Finland. It was the place where my passion for sauna developed a foundation.
The heat was intense. The water would crackle on the rocks. The whoosh of the steam as it filled the room. The banter in the background.
The low lights. The smell of thermally treated woods. The smell of wood burning wafting through the air.
In life it's harder to keep a passion than it is to find new ones.
